How do I track my purchase?

There are a few options to track your item (all of our items are shipped through UPS):

  • Download the Shop app on your smart phone to receive live updates on your package. 
  • At checkout you will be prompted to enter your cell phone number. If you do so, we will send you a text when your item has been shipped.
  • You will automatically receive an email update when your order is out for delivery.
  • At checkout you can also prompt to receive shipping updates via Facebook Messenger
  • Lastly, you can email us at contact@moderngritapparel with 1) Your name 2) The item(s) that you purchased and we will send you a tracking number 

 

When can I expect to receive my purchase?

If you opted for standard shipping, expect to receive your item in 5-7 business days. If you opt for expedited shipping, expect to receive your item in 3-4 business days.

What is your Returns Policy? 

  • We offer FREE shipping on returns, plus 100% money back guarantee.
  • To return item please email contact@moderngritapparel.com with your order number and reason for returning. 
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Product must not have excessive wrinkling, be covered in animal/human hair or have a strong smell from smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant marks.
  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. This is to ensure that you receive the proper refund amount for the correct order.

What do I do if my item that I received was faulty?

We apologize to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send the following information to contact@moderngritapparel.com

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Photos that show:
    1. Product fault as clearly as possible
    2. Full-length photo of the item
    3. The Modern Grit logo and label

If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, as long as the item matches our return policy criteria. Please email contact@moderngrit.com with the following:

  1. Product as clearly as possible
  2. Full-length photo of the item
  3. The Modern Grit logo and label still attached to the item

Please include in your email the desired size/item that you would like to exchange for.
